New Upgrade UI

Updating the upgrade menu UI. Trying some new ideas with tabs instead of having it all on 1 scroll bar. I think it looks a little cleaner. I want to add some additional stuff to do once the round is over. I've been playing around with mini games like a flute instrument you can play to make sweet tunes and other little fun things that don't change gameplay.
